SkillBridge BD – Job Search & Application Platform

SkillBridge BD is a modern job application and recruitment platform designed to create a transparent, broker-free hiring experience. The platform allows users to search for verified job opportunities and submit applications entirely online, eliminating the need for intermediaries or manual processes.

I developed SkillBridge BD end-to-end, handling everything from mobile app development to backend architecture, API design, payment integration, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.

The mobile application was built using React Native, providing a smooth and consistent user experience across both Android and iOS platforms. On the backend, I implemented a secure and scalable Laravel REST API, managing authentication, job listings, applications, and user data. The system uses JWT-based authentication to ensure secure access and data protection.

To support real-world recruitment workflows, I integrated the bKash payment gateway, enabling secure digital payments directly within the platform. The application is fully deployed on both the Google Play Store and Apple App Store, and I continue to maintain it by improving performance, fixing bugs, and ensuring compatibility with the latest OS updates.

This project demonstrates my ability to build production-grade mobile applications, integrate secure payment systems, manage full-stack development, and handle real-world deployment and maintenance independently.
